"Pink & Lacy"

This image is a study in rendering lace and texture on a living canvas. The mood is that of a red light district temptress. She is showing everything, and yet conceals so much of what she really is. The body paint is a reflection of what we all do in our daily lives. We put things on to decorate ourselves and to accentuate or hide our bodies as we see fit. While the thin layer of makeup is more revealing than cloth it is just another example of the human desire to reveal and conceal at the same time.
